So i have toggled the "Require Private Pickup" to off but its still going to the pickup files , i don't want to be getting my phone out every time to print. The AI is useless! all i want to do is print what i want with no hassle and I've tried everything , I'm about to take this printer back or throw it across the room and go with a different brand, it should not be this difficult to just simply print something.

Assuming the printer is an HP+ printer on which the HP+ service is enabled.
If true, then you have the option to contact HP+ Support.
Printer and HP+ service
If needful, change your Country / Region
Note that HP+ assistance is only available for registered HP+ printers.
What else?
If you have not done so, perhaps (re)check the settings in HP Smart / HP Connected.
