I recently changed my wifi network and I am trying to connect the printer to the new network. I have tried:
1. Pressing the WPS button on the modem while the wifi button on the printer is flashing. Result: the wifi light does not stop flashing, and the test report shows the printer is still associated to the old network.
2. Connecting the printer with a temporary USB connection, using the instructions here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05987925 (step 3 under "no touchscreen panel", and via macOS) Result: Step 8 refers to a "Utility" tab which does not exist when I follow these steps.
3. Going through the printer setup again with HP Easy Start. Result: when doing the scan the software says "no devices found"
4. Factory reset described in these instructions: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Factory-Reset-needed-LaserJet-Pro-M15W/td-p/7145148 Result: the test report shows the printer is still associated to the old network.
5. Factory reset described in these instructions: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Reset-the-wifi-settings-for-HP-m15w/td-p/7248327 Result: My configuration report has a "host name" under "Network Identification", which begins with NPI. I don't know how to "connect" to this as per the instructions. Entering it in the browser just results in a Google search. There is also an IP address under the "Wi-fi Direct Setup" section, but when I try to go to this I get a timeout error.
Can anyone help me?

I found out that issue is not with the printer, but that I had lost my 2.4 GHz network, and was trying to connect to the printer to the 5 GHz network. Evidently the printer will not connect to 5G so I had to contact my ISP to get the 2.4 working again.
