HP Officejet 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently changed my BT broadband router - so need to change the printer SSID.

Many options that I previously was able to change without issues are now locked. I get the error: "The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer." I was the person who initially set the printer up. I am unable to access the Wireless Setup Wizard, Advanced Settings, Restore Network Defaults, or many other options from the printer touch screen. I've seen references in other posts for a soft reset.

Can anyone help me to reset the SSID? Thank you.

Merry Christmas!
