I can't seem to print calendars anymore...
Under Apps-Quick forms - calendar.
It goes through the process and says downloading from web and then- Your content will print soon after it completes downloading.
Then it never does.
I know it is connected because it verifies registration and it also knows how many pages have been printed for InstantInk.

Hi @meowky,
Thank you for the response
Try these steps:
Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to an active internet connection. Since Quick Forms are downloaded from the web, a stable connection is necessary.
Verify Web Services: Make sure Web Services are enabled on your printer. You can do this by pressing the ePrint button and checking the Web Services status.
Restart Printer: Try restarting your printer. Turn it off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check this on the printer control panel or through the HP Smart app.
Check HP ePrint Center: Visit the HP ePrint Center website to verify your printer's registration and check if there are any new updates or instructions related to Quick Forms.
Print Test Page: Try printing a test page to ensure that the printer is functioning correctly. This may help diagnose if the issue is specific to downloading Quick Forms.
Reset Web Services: If none of the above steps work, you might want to reset Web Services on your printer and set it up again. This can be done through the printer control panel.
I hope this helps.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
