Can you please send me the fix? My app is not working at all and I tried your fixes. I'm now getting the message, Unable to connect to web services (although I am clearly connected).

Actually, I spoke too soon. Now I am able to connect to web services, but I still don't get an email attachment when I scan to email. That part of the problem has not been fixed.

I saw another string indicating that HP may be doing an update on the scan to email application. GaryTech1, do you have any information about this?

That's correct in the post above I mentioned the attachment issue is still being looked at.  The only workaround I can suggest is the Printer Control app.

 

When information comes available in regards to the attachment issue I will update this thread.

Hi Gary,

 

I don't have much understanding of my printer all I know is I try to scan documents from the 7520 to my email adres and it gives the error message unable to connect to webservice. No scan is made, no email is received.

It seems to be the same error as the start of this topic and so I tried the different suggested solutions but both the reconnect of the router / printer and the manual adding of the DNS address have not solved the error message.
