My printer is an HP Envy 4500 and every time I try to print something "Instant Ink Problem. Cannot Print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information." Comes up and it doesn't print. When I tried going on the website there was no information on how to fix my issue. I also tried calling customer support, but there was no agents available (probably because of Easter Monday) but I desparately need help. I have a project due soon and I need to print out some stuff for that. The ink is nearly full and I have a stable internet connection. I print on my laptop and iPad. I'm out of ideas how to fix it. Please help!
