Hello,

 

I have a deskjet 2622. It keeps spitting out alignment pages before each print job. When I follow the directions it prints out it says to pres ether the black or color copy button to scan the alignment page. When I press the black copy button nothing happens. When I press the color copy button it just creates another alignment page. Any clues?

Can you see any expected color printed on the alignment page? including Black, Cyan, and Magenta?

 

Restart the printer and press the cancel button to cancel alignment, then print a printer status report by holding the cancel button for 3 seconds.

 

Can you see any color as shown below?
