Hi,

I have enrolled and I cannot see my 3 months instant ink trial applied anywhere on my account, found it VERY hard to figure out exactly how to get it!

Can you help?

Thanks

Hi, I'm so sorry this was a confusing process for you.

I'd like to know what printer you have enrolled in Instant Ink and did you use 123.hp.com and smart app or did you enroll via the Instantink.com website?

Your free months should show on your account page when you log in in the top right corner.  Here is an example of mine:

If you don't see the free months and you enrolled within 7 days of setting up the printer then you are eligible for the free trial and I can help you with that.  I'll send you a private message you can respond to if you are not seeing your free months.
