HP Officejet 3833
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet 3833 will print one page in color. The next printout starts to print a reddish tint towards the middle. All subsequent pages have the reddish tint. Anything blue is red, including the picture background and the words. The black background on the second picture remains black. I have reloaded and updated software multiple times. Even lost the ability to print in color and finally had that issue resolved. I am wasting a lot of business card paper, ink and time.

Welcome to HP support community.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

If that does not print fine, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.
