I have set up the printer okay and also set up an Instant Ink account on the same day. I followed the set-up process in the printer instructions and am using the cartridges that came with the printer. However, my Instant Ink Account page is only showing 2 months free for some reason instead of the 4 I was expecring! The leaflet in the box had no redemption code so I presumed my 4 free months would be automatic when i signed up to Instant Ink.
Could someone please adjust my account to receive my 4 months free trial?
Thanks!

Hey there! @tartanfluff, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have issues activating 4 months free instant ink trial on your printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
As you mentioned you have issues activating 4 months free instant ink trial on your printer.
Please check the contents of your printer box for an enrollment code relating to your trial.
Your printer should have come with either an enrollment key or a claim code. You should be able to add any promo code during the last phase of the enrollment.
If you have enrolled the printer, and if the 4 months trial was not applied, send me a private message with the promo code and Instant Ink account number or email address.
So I can look at your account and get the trial applied to you.

I suggest you contact the HP Instant Ink Support directly. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
