41 errors are related to paper size/feed issues and often are caused by worn or dirty pickup rollers. The error you are getting suggests you were trying to print from the manual tray (tray 1). You need to examine the rollers for tray 1 and clean with a damp, lint free cloth and then dry. DO NOT use any chemicals, only water to dampen the cloth.
