Officejet 4630 e-All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Using Netgear gateway provided by Frontier DSL. Printer had been working fine until we lost internet for a week and Frontier had me reset the Gateway and put in new password (WPA). Tried to connect several times (printer was seeing the network with correct SSID) until I noticed I had 1 wrong character out of 16. Then the printer stopped seeing the network altogether, not even letting me get to the point of entering the WPA. Tried resetting defaults, no help. Is this thing now just an HP boat anchor?

BTW, all other devices in house are connected wirelessly just fine, after using correct password that is.

Reset the printer back to Network Defaults. Now use the front panel Wireless Setup Wizard to find your routers SSID and input the password correctly.

As I said in my post I reset to factory defaults more than once and the printer does not see the network any more. It did initially, while I was trying to connect it had the network with the correct SSID on the screen, but at that time I had been putting 1 wrong number in the password. Once I figured that out, I went to network setup on the screen to try again, and then it didn't even see the network any more, therefore didn't even get to the point of entering the password. I put the SSID in manually, but it still didn't find it. I tried more than once to eliminate the possibility that I typed it wrong. Why is it all of a sudden not seeing the network any more? If it doesn't see the network, is it time for the garbage? Obviously that won't make me happy since it's only 4 months old. The whole thing is it worked perfectly fine until the network got reset and password changed. It's probably got the standard 90 day warranty at best because manufacturer's don't have much confidence in their products, therefor I'm just out of luck.

I asked if you reset back to Network defaults, not Factory defaults. 2 different resets.

I am not finding how to do that. Please tell me how. Until then I guess I'll try uninstalling all the printer software and start over.

It worked. Thank you very much. Resetting the network wasn't in the book that came with my printer, must be in the electronic User Guide. Thanks again.
