Look at this. This 10mm white space is shown for all 4Rs that are printed. Sometimes the white space is between 7mm - 10mm. What is the reason for this? Drivers are installed correctly.

Thanks for your response. I am doing the printing as you mentioned. But this problem arises when printing 4R (Kodak photo paper), A4 (Kodak photo paper) and other thick material.

And this problem arises in both cases of borderless printing and with white borders printing.

This problem does not exist when printing A4 plain/light paper.

Also, all the drivers are included correctly. This problem persists even after printing via wifi and usb 2.0.

The issue is still not resolved. Why is it taking so long?

Don't anyone buy this HP junk printer. Only A4 light paper can be printed. It is also printed with margine out. The tray underneath is just crazy. It's a lot of crap. You can never print 130gsm to 230gsm properly. The best thing is that even HP people don't know how to fix it.
