I am not sure if this is the right place to post as I don't see any thing about ink cartridges.

 

Today I purchased a combo-pack of #564 black cartridges from Walmart.  The first cartridge I tried does not print properly.  It reminds me of a cartridge that is almost empty.  The other cartridge works fine.  I took it back to Walmart and they informed me that once the cartridge is unwrapped, they can't help me and to contact HP.

 

So here I am, looking for the proper place to pose this question.

Search the web for your HP printer model number.  Then go to that web page and perform the trouble shooting section on ink cartridges.
