I finally received new printhead and installed it. The error went away, after the second reset though. However the black ink does not flow at all except for a ink level fragment from printer status report. Other tree ink flow as usual.

I am confused - if square brackets are printed very clearly and on screen display shows full black ink - why no black ink elsewhere?

Looks like no update is  available:

Is this a print head problem or printer itself?

@ybkhp

I understand your concerns.

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Have a nice day!!

I've already been there, support option provided is this place only.

I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

I did received private message but they are asking for my private information instead of providing a solution. I did provided serial number but that is not enough for some reason.

An update: I tried two different supposedly new print heads. Both of them did not work, each one differenly. In despair I reinstalled my original prinhead and it started to work. Speechless.

Is here anyone who can finally explain observed error code?

Good to know that the issue issue is resolved.

Update the printer firmware so that the error doesn't repeat again.

NO, It does not help, sorry.

Sanytechy20, have you read all previous messages or only the last one?

I already accessed firmware upgrade screen and posted the photo.

Firmware has already been updated long before the problem started.

Any problem that magically resolved by itself is prone to appear again.

What is the exact cause for the numerical code error problem I posted in the beginning?
