Still can't get rid of the document feeder Jam false error code. There is absolutely no paper jammed in the feeder. I can print an extended self test report, network security page and a printer status report. So there is nothing wrong with it's printing capability. I did a semi full reset but still as soon as I power the printer up set language,country,date&time and go to general setup it immediately tells me there's a document jammed in the feeder.. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.. Also this is a standalone printer it is not hooked up to Wi-Fi or computer we just use it as a basic copier.. Thank you.

Did you clean the paper feed rollers, for more info see step #3 in this link.

If yes, contact HP support.

Yes I did clean the rollers and looked with a flashlight for scraps of paper
