HP OfficeJet Pro 9010

We have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, which has worked well--until now. Every time we try to print something, we get the "load Paper in Tray" message. There is plenty of paper in the tray. That paper is in good condition and is sitting in the proper place in the tray, which is also placed correctly.  Not knowing what to do, we have been thru the videos on the HP site, which led to and cleaning the rollers (they weren't dusty). Still the same problem. We have also turned off the printer, waited, and turned it back on, in hopes it would reset. Still the same problem. We are tearing our hair at this point. What else can we do?
