HP employee SandyTechy20 helped resolve this issue for someone else in January 2023 by sending the user instructions to partially reset their 9015e that was stuck in the Validating... Please wait screen. Can you offer me the same instructions? This has persisted for over a week now. Thank you!

You should watch this video
Do not do the full, or OOBE reset as you may be asked to insert your original setup cartridges which you are unlikely to have and HP does not sell them. Even if you still have them they are likely to be empty and useless.
This video shows how to connect to modem

I watched the video and it applies to a different HP printer model. I am unable to execute any of the steps because my screen is stuck in the validating mode. I can push no buttons as instructed. Please suggest something I can do that bypasses the screen that is inaccessible to me given this dilemma. Thanks!

Should have worked for 9015e. Try pressing 4 or more times in that bottom left corner as soon as you power it on
Else contact HP and you may need to call several times.
