Hi @Davis1990,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Check Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • If the printer was moved recently, check that it is within range of the Wi-Fi router.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off the printer, computer, and router. Wait for about 30 seconds, then power them back on.

Reconfigure Wireless Settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup or Wireless Settings.
  • Follow the prompts to reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

Check for Error Messages:

  • Sometimes a question mark can also appear due to a specific error or pending task. Check the printer display and documentation for additional messages.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website to check if there are firmware updates available for your printer model that might resolve connectivity issues.

Verify Wireless Network:

  • Ensure that your wireless network is functioning correctly and that there are no issues with the router.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Reinstall the printer software on your computer to ensure there are no configuration errors affecting wireless printing.

I hope this helps.
