wow what a nightmare!!!!!!!!! i ordered printer from walmart.com along with a laptop and the ink that was supplied with the printer i guess was HP INSTANT............what a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just ordered both on feb 1 2019 and i got them up and going feb 15 and the black ink SUPPLIED in box ran out Feb 18

and when i registered printer i checked out the hp instant ink and decided why not ill try it................... my instant ink was still being processed so i asked them how long it usually takes they said about 10 days and i was like ugh,  but i read and looked thru all info and help and asked support and i was a brand new customer and never  even had shipment process yet so i could get ink anywhere until I INSTALLED THAT FIRST HP INSTANT INK CARTRDIGE; so i got online and ordered ink, so yesterday i got the new ink and installed the black one and i didnt even print one page from it cuz printer wouldnt connect - so i went to bed lol and today all morning day and evening my printer woudlnt work my wireless wasnt cooperating and dont u know it mail comes today and guess what was in it. YEP INSTANT INK BOX so now its a huge mess and right away when i first started using printer it was counting pages but i didnt think anything   WELL UNBENOUNCED TO ME i guess the ink that came in the box with NEW PRINTER  the black was an HP INSTANT INK one  and now WHAT A MESS   i cant print i cant connect ive been dealing with support and now getting emails about being charged  IM A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER AND MY FREE TRIAL IS FOR 3 MONTHS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!  IM SO STRESSED OUT I WANNA THROW BOTH DEVICES THREW WINDOW AND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PRINT PICTIURES OF MY DOGGIES .
