Product: HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I accidentally put the ink cartridge in the wrong way around and now it's stuck. Is there any way to get it out please? I cannot see what it is catching on, carriage moves freely, so its in the centre. 

Is there any way of removing it or is the printer now landfill? ADHD tax at it's finest.

It happens, you can remove it only with force. It's quite easy to put them wrongly, but removing them requires a lot of force.

Hi Valsimot, thank you for your reply. I cannot simply pull it, it seems to be stuck on something, but cannot see what. Any further suggestions please?

Managed to get the cartridge out. Used a screwdriver the push the carriage sides out.
