I also have just bought a new HP 2630 printer and I was not prompted about the 3 month trial on setup. This was one of the key reasons I bought the printer. Please can someone contact me to help me set this up. Thank you.

I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
Please check the contents of your printer box for an enrollment code relating to your trial.
Your printer should have come with either an enrollment key or a claim code. You should be able to add any promo code during the last phase of the enrollment.
If you have the printer enrolled and if the 3-month trial was not applied, send me a private message with the details below.
So, I can look at your account and get the trial applied.
Please share few details in a private message, so I can check the account details and apply the promo code for you.
Printer Model Name
Serial Number of the printer
Instant ink Email Address
Instant Ink Account Number
Address to ship the cartridge
Do you need black or color ink cartridges?

As I understand you are having issues activating 3 months trial subscription for Instant ink program. Don't worry I'll do my best to help you with this.
Since you are not able to activate 3 months trail for instant ink program from your end, I would try to check the account details and based on the information if it requires we'll go ahead and activate it from our end. In order to check the details, I'll need the account information regarding your HP Instant ink. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.
