Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want assistance to activate 3 months free trail instant ink for your newly purchased HP Officejet 2620 Printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.

Hello, same problem here, please message me for the free 3 month trial. A bit annoying to be "offered" this only to have to go onto these forums and ask for a private message to solve it. Not the first problem I've had getting this HP printer to work, though, so I'm not surprised.

- When did you purchase the printer?
- Have you received any leaflet for Instant Ink free trial?
- Is the free trial printed on the printer box? If yes, send me a screenshot in a private message.
