I need help setting up the 3-month trial as well. bought my printer a few months ago and was moving around.  Since I did not have a stable address, I did not want to register my trial.

Hello, same problem here, please message me for the free 3 month trial.  A bit annoying to be "offered" this only to have to go onto these forums and ask for a private message to solve it.  Not the first problem I've had getting this HP printer to work, though, so I'm not surprised.

I'm also having the same problem. We just installed our new HP8710 and accidently bypass the 3-month free trial for the instant ink. How can we still redeem the free trial?
