Hi, I have recently bought my deskjet 2632, which mentioned about three months trial. But like everone else in this thread, I have registered my hpconnect and enrolled my printer at hpinstatink and ended up with no three months free shown.
Can you help me on this problem?
Cheers
Yuan

Hi
Just wondering how I go about activating my 3 month free trial on hp instant ink. I have enrolled today and gone for the £7.99 plan to see if it works for me. Brand new printer purchased today and installed today too.
Just after some advice, thanks. Jessica

They don't have live chat on that site any more. all you can do is phone them.
I have found this whole thing amusing - literally everything that could go wrong has gone wrong since I bought a HP printer - from issues with the kit, to duplex printing (which still doesn't work and no one on the forum of HP could figure out), to the simplicity of registering for a free trial. Don't think I'd make this mistake again.
If you're in London and want a free HP Envy to use as a paperweight or door stop, it's yours!
