Can you help me please

last time i was aksed to click p and control and to change from e print to my printer, but this time i do not see the printer

Alright, a few different things to do then:

  1. Remove the USB cable from your printer.
  2. Open the Devices and Printers window.
  3. Right-click on any printers labeled HP ePrint.
  4. Click on Remove Device.
  5. Click on any of the other printers listed.
  6. At the top of the screen click on Print Server Properties.
  7. Click on the Drivers tab.
  8. In this window click on HP ePrint.
  9. Click on Remove.
  10. Click on OK.
  11. Connect your USB cable.

Please let me know if this allows you to find the printer.

I see that you are having some issues with printing and scanning. I can help you with that, however I am going to need more information first. Please let me know:

  • Which printer you have.
  • How the printer is connected to your PC or Mac.
  • The operating system on your computer.

Once I know more I will be better able to assist you.

its a deskjet 1510, its connected with a usb cable, windows10 now.

Alright, here is how to sort this out.

  1. Remove the USB cable from the back of the printer.
  2. Close all programs you have open.
  3. In your search bar type in Printers and open Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click on any icons of your printer listed.
  5. Click on Remove Device.
  6. Repeat for any other icons of your printer listed.
  7. In your search bar type in Services and open Component Services.
  8. Click on Services (Local) on the left.
  9. On the right, right-click on Print Spooler.
  10. Click on Stop.
  11. Open your C:\ drive, then Windows, System 32, Spool, and Printers.
  12. Delete everything in this folder.
  13. Return to the Component Services window. 
  14. Right-click on Print Spooler.
  15. Click on Start.
  16. Connect your USB cable.

I have it in spanish and i cant find "print spooler" so I am downloading english languages.
