Followed instructions you gave / as in document including plugging directly into wall socket and have read the link (Find the meaning of the light conditions) so will now consider getting the printer serviced (or replace printer)

am really sorry not sure what you mean by toner and cartridges - black toner cartridge showing 20% all three colour cartridges showing 30% - is there something else I should be checking - also what button are you advising me to press - thanks ruth

Suggestion: ignore the LED.


Because the printer is printing.
