I have a problem with our new Laserjet Pro MFP M479f. When trying to print a pdf I get error code B8087CF0 

I allready unplugged the printer, re-installed it but it doens't work.

Anybody who knows how to solve it?

The B8087CF0 error code on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M479f often indicates an issue related to the firmware or the printer's interaction with certain types of documents, such as PDFs. Here are several steps to try to resolve this issue.

 

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates on the HP Support website.
  • Download and install any available updates.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Drivers & Downloads page.

Check PDF Software:

  • Ensure that your PDF software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) is up to date. Sometimes, updating or reinstalling the PDF software can resolve compatibility issues.

Print as Image:

  • When printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader, try printing the PDF as an image. To do this:
    • Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
    • Go to File > Print.
    • Click on Advanced.
    • Check the box for Print as Image.
    • Click OK and then Print.

Reduce File Size and Complexity:

  • Sometimes, large or complex PDF files can cause printing errors. Try reducing the file size or simplifying the content of the PDF.

Alternative PDF Printer:

  • Try using an alternative PDF printer, such as Foxit Reader or another PDF viewer, to see if the issue persists.

Print from Another Computer:
