I bought a ENVY 5030 less that 2 years ago and have used it rarely, usually to print one-two pages at a time.
The last couple of months I can not get any decent printing out of it. Although ink level is ok, when I print both in color or Black, the copy has blancs, looks like the upper part of each line is cut.
I cleaned the cartridge and did all checks but nothing changes.
What should I do to get a normal and clean printing??
thanks

Hi @printsss ,
Welcome to the HP Support-Community.
In most cases, this kind of problem is caused by at least one ink cartridge.
Please upload an affected document which shows the situation.
Cheers!
Nils

There you are. The level of black catridge looks good (above half), I barely used my printer lately. So either I have a problem with the machine or the whole cartridge thing is a scam and doesn't last for more that 2 impressions!
thanks for advice

Hi,
thank you for the photo!
Here we have a problem with the black ink cartridge.
Please turn the cartridge upside down for about an hour. After that time, reinsert the cartridge and run an automatic cartridge clean. How is the result?
Cheers!
Nils
