    Battery seems to have a problem. It has been showing up everytime i use the printer, i tend to disconnect it and connect it again and it seems to work  but after a while it shows up again.

yeah how? the only HP support i get is this and a phoneline that is never open

If the printer is under warranty open a warranty claim, the warranty for battery is 12 months.

If the printer is out of warranty buy yourself a new battery.

lol yes thank you. It is under warranty. My problem is How and Where do i contact HP to make my warranty valid. The only method i have been offered is this open chat and a phone line that every time i want to call is closed.
