HP Envy 7640 Product#E4W43A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cyan magenta and yellow are fine. Black shows faint and looks smeared. unreadable. opened HP Doctor, printed test page. went through all 3 levels of cleaning an realignment of print heads. Looks like black ink flow is blocked. Can I do anything else to clean the black print head? I am using Instant Ink Cartridges. Ink level is down to last third but indicares enough ink. Any suggestions?

Thank you!
