A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Disabling Borders in the print dialogue box may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1.) Open the image you want to print, click File, click Print, and then click Show Details, if necessary.

2.) Click the unnamed print options menu at the center of the dialog and select Layout.

3.) Click Border and select None.

4.) Click Print.

Let me know how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

That's unfortunate 😞

Are you printing a PDF file?

Which application are you using to print?

What's the printer model?

Does it happen when you copy an image?

I am having the same issue, it is a PDF file printing on a Hp 3830 series, and in color. I have printed thousands of the same PDF format and just recently in the last month having this issue. Please help, I tried printing off my phone because I thought it was a Mac Mojave issue and still doing the same thing.

Hi @Katski,

Which application are you using to print?

Does it happen if you print the same image using a different application?

Which version of macOS is installed on your Mac?

Let me know!
