Hi - my printer isn't printing any black ink. When I try to print a regular black and white document, my laptop connects with the printer - and the printer makes sounds as if it's printing, and the paper even feeds through. But only blank sheets come out. The printer is less than 6 months old, and the few times I've used it, the printer used to work fine. It shows that the black cartridge is still 2/3 full. (The color is printing fine - and that cartridge is totally full.) I've run all the diagnostics and it's not finding any problems. I have no idea what's wrong. Please help!!!

@blujeans8, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!

Yes I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps. That's why I reached out to this forum.
What is the best email or phone to get help in the U.S.A.? It seems I was sold a faulty black ink cartridge, which is very frustrating.
