Product: No OfficeJet Pro 6968

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 and all of a sudden the black ink stopped printing. It worked fine yesterday today, nothing. I’ve ran it through cleaning the heads several times and realigned but nothing helped. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how do you fix it?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
