HP Officejet Pro 6830 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This started to happen overnight. I installed all new printer cartridges (Two times...). All but the black cartridge works. I have done all the automated fixes, Scan Doctor and etc. but still no black print. Does anyone have any solutions or ideas why the black cartridge is not working...?

Hi The_Fossette,

Thanks for your reply. I have visited both websites you recommnend without and results. Now to answer your questions...

When was the last time the printer was working fine?

My best quess would be about (10) days ago. I have an old HP OfficeJet J6480 printer that I still use (And it works fine...) so my time frame my be a little off.

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

it's an Acer Aspire, it's only 1 1/2 years old  and I keep it updated. But I personally have not made any software or hardware changes.

Looking forward to your next reply.

Cheers back to you,  Lynn
