I have a blue screen with the power button icon displayed with the code B336EC67 . Drivers are up to date. I have changed power source - directly into wall. When I power it down and restart the printer it works for fine for a few minutes. but after i print or just let it stand idle it returns to this error state. I am now using the HP Smart app having uninstalled all my old drivers and utility software. appears the old software is no longer available, just the smart app.

Hi @PETER94,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "B343EC67" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Exactly the same. Did the firmware update and plugged into a different outlet. Now all the lights are flashing but we are not getting the error code. HP Smart says the printer is offline, but my Mac says it is online.

I have been waiting (and reading) for HP to offer a solution to this blue screen - flashing White screen - all button blinking - and error code B343EC67 for months. Losing confidence they will address. I have to reboot my printer pretty much every time i have to print. Certainly every time i print with a 3 or 4 minute lapse between printing. Really frustrating - i would spend another couple or few hundred on a new printer but it is such hassle and i hate the idea of sending this box to the landfill to join the other millions of printers. Talk to you soon Brother Epson!
