I have an HP ENVY Inspire 7921e All-in-One Printer. Today I unplugged the printer and moved it to the other side of my desk. When I plugged it back in the display went blue with the Error Code B80B4696, the power and WIFI lights are flashing as well as the return, home, and ? lights.
I've tried following the steps laid out in one of the other threads with the same issue, but it hasn't helped.
What else can I try?

Thank you, I THINK this may have worked.
I had to power cycle the printer a few times (including flushing the power by holding the power on button while it was unplugged) this allowed the printer to turn on just long enough for me to get into settings and do a factory reset. I'm trying to set it up again through HP Smart in the hope that this has fixed it!
