turns out the print heads needed to be replaced instead I bought a new printer

My blue stopped printing.  I installed a new cartridge and it still won't print blue.  I have cleaned cartridges and aligned the printer, still will not print blue.  I have an HP 6500 E708N printer.   The test page prints correctly, showing the Windows 4 colors at the top

Blue not printing, Officejet 7680, sudden onset of pink printing in place of  blue. Printing 6 years, all day long without out a problem, using ink farm non hp catridges, no problem for years and now.

 Tried cleaning the printhead many times.  Nothing works.  

Spooky is the right word.  Our printers are possessed like you said.

But my finances will be possessed if I can't solve this.  Can we do a group exorcism?

Maybe there are always not printing blue problems.

Please let me know if you find a solution short of replacing the pprinthead or printer.  Does HP still charge $35 to talk to them about an out of warranty printer?

I wish mine would get a miracle.  Maybe for Easter, it will get resurrected ? or maybe it is printing pink instead of blue to honor the easter bunny?

I am making a joke but am deeply disturbed, I have a business that relies on the printer for labels.

Thanks for that hopeful email!  I am going to say a prayer tonight for it and also turn it off after being on for 6 years and give it a little rest!

I have the same issue...blue ink (cyan) not printing at all...brand new cartridge and tried cleaning the printheads maybe 6 or more times...nothing works...
