Hi @Maxx1812,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e due to the blue screen error code B80B746C, you can perform a reset of the printer. Here are the steps to reset your device:

Soft Reset

Turn Off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Unplug the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.

Wait:

  • Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds.

Reconnect the Power:

  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.

Turn On the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn the printer back on.

Factory Reset

If the soft reset doesn't resolve the issue, you might need to perform a factory reset. Please note that this will erase all settings:

Access the Control Panel:

  • On the printer's control panel, touch the Setup icon (the gear icon).

Navigate to Printer Maintenance:

  • Scroll down and select Printer Maintenance.

Select Restore Defaults:

  • Choose Restore Factory Defaults and confirm the selection.

Reconfigure Settings:

  • After the reset, you'll need to set up your printer again, including network settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

The steps you suggested, I already tried. It doesn't even get to the menu. It gives the blue screen before it can finish booting.
