OfficeJet Pro 9015, Model No. 1KR42A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having the same problem as this thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Error-Code-620192EA-on-Offi...

My device is an OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One, Model No. 1KR42A

I tried cycling power, as suggested in that thread.  The printer is plugged directly into the wall.

I confirmed that my printer's firmware is up-to-date, as suggested in that thread.

I tried cycling both power and also the print cartridges, as suggested in this thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Error-Code-620192EA-HP-Offi...

This thread suggests this is a known issue, and that HP will replace the printer.  Is that still the solution?   https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-printer-code-620192EA/m-...

I called and spoke to customer support.  They walked me through a "semi-full reset."  Seems to have cleared the issue.
