HP Officejet Pro 9015 blue screen of death. B305ED09. I have reset many times still comes back.

I understand that you are getting B305ED09 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to reset the printer.

I am having the same issue - Officejetpro 7740 - to try and solve i have turned power off for 24 hours and then started back up, no luck same issue persists. Loading screen appears briefly and then blue screen, no buttons are operational.
Could you please send me manual hard reset instructions via private message as per other users

Good morning,
May I get the same email to get the issue resolved. I have had the printer for a year and the message will not go away. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and restarting the printer multiple times. Please help
