I have a recently purchased printer in the UK.

My printer shows as offline, The printer panel shows a blue screen with code B305A901.

I am able to ping it's assigned dhcp wired address. When I acces that web address I get the following message.

An error occurred.

Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

I'm unable to get through to the HP support line bieng on hold an hour, so any help here appreicated!

Try restarting the printer with only the power attached and if you get the same error then you likely have a hardware issue and will need to contact HP Technical support to get the device repaired.

Well...this suggestion was pointless. Typical IT response. Reboot and if it doesn't help then call for help. SMH

Hi Bmweller. I got the same model last month and this weekend I got the same error.

It's not a internet issue because it can't print even with USB drive. This error seems very new and your question is the only one I found on google.

Have you managed to resolve this issue?

Contacted customer support and the main board was replaced under warranty
