Can the HP Envy 4523 print an A4 size document borderless width and length ways?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you would like to know if the Envy 4523 is capable of border-less printing. I would like to help. 

 

In short, the answer is no. 

Media A4 - 3.3 mm (0.13 inch) for Left, Right, Top and Bottom. 

 

Here is a link to the Printer Specifications for reference.
