hp envy 5546
Hello,
I bought the wrong ink cartridge from curry’s today for my printer ( hp envy 5546) I bought 303 instead of 62.
I called curry’s, and they are unable to offer me a refund as the product is not longer in the original packaging.
Is there any other way of getting a replacement from hp?? As it was an honest mistake (quite an expensive one).
I can provide copy of the receipt, as well as pictures of the cartridge if needed.

Hi,
Thank you very much for replying back to me.
I will keep a close eye on my inbox. Hopefully I will hear back from someone soon.
I tired to contact hp customer support previously regarding another query, and i couldn’t get hold of anyone 😞

Hi Jeet,

Hope this email finds you well.

I did the same mistake, instead of buy the 63 ink, I purchased the 62 model, and instead of buy one, I purchased the package with two pieces.

Thank you in advance,
