Product: hp envy 5546
Hello,
I bought the wrong ink cartridge from curry’s today for my printer ( hp envy 5546) I bought 303 instead of 62.
I called curry’s, and they are unable to offer me a refund as the product is not longer in the original packaging.
Is there any other way of getting a replacement from hp?? As it was an honest mistake (quite an expensive one).
I can provide copy of the receipt, as well as pictures of the cartridge if needed.
