I have a newly installed HP ENVY Photo 7855 and the blue on my page is printing pink color

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
  3. Touch Clean Cartridges, and then touch Continue.
    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
    Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.
    If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.

Your printer may be printing pink as the other ink cartridges have run out. Common printer-to-page technology processes color in four parts; cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK), or toner. The ink cartridges in your inkjet or color laser printer are split up into four colors. From time to time one color may run out before another.
