My HP 6500 a just crashed down. However, just before it crashed-  I bought a whole new set of 920 XL ink tuners . It cost me a lot of money and i don't want it to get weaisted. There for I want to buy a new printer that can use this kind of ink (  920 XL ) . I'm thinking to buy the HP pro 8710 and would like to know if the 920 XL tuners can work on it? If not- which model can  I buy in order to work  itout? All the best, Ofri

Hi,

The HP Officejet Pro 8710 uses another ink, not 920 as listed below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01766411

There are no current HP printers to use the 920xl ink cartridges,  the HP Officejet 6500A was the latest model to support the ink cartridges and this model no longer marketed since around 2012..

Do they say they can use the same cartridge number?

The 8710 uses 952 cartridges.

So no, you can not.  However, if your 920 cartridges are unopened and unused contact HP for replacement.
