Product: HP Envy Photo 7830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

On HP Envy Photo 7830 I can not print photos, even though photo paper is installed.  Printer keeps coming back with "install paper" message.

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

  1. Are you able to print on regular paper?
  2. What are the paper type, size, and weight of the paper you are using?
  3. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
  4. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

Refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type 

 

Also, Refer to How to Print Photos (Windows) for instructions.
