Help!  Tried printing today but it said I was out of paper. I wasn't but removed and replaced it. Same error. Two pending jobs, a two page and a seven page job. Added another but erred. 

 

I tried canceling all jobs. First two deleted fast. Third said "deleting..." for fifteen minutes. Tried resume, restart, cancel, but nothing.   It's frozen on deleting. 

 

The printer path is clear.   No jams, no errors on panel. Turned it off and on to no avail. I have to print a document right away. Any way to delete the job besides the methods I've tried?  It seems like a software issue to me. I can't find the installation CD but was hoping I could uninstall and reinstall with downloaded software.  Is that possible?  I'm so desperate to print my document as it was supposed to be postman yesterday 😞

no difference. just the comfortable one.

it makes clear printer buffer.

Hi

turn your printer off and put out the power cale for about 15 second. 

again connect your printer.

Nope  Unplugged for 15 minutes.  Ran troublshooter.  Canceled a dozen times  Deleting is still there.

I don't know how or why but today it worked!  Opened my laptop, tried to print, and queue was empty. Printed my vital documents and tomorrow I'll do more. Thank you ☺️
