Can't add address when registering for instant ink

Hi,

I am trying to register for instant ink but it's not accepting my address.

I think its the county that is the problem.

I live in Newport in South Wales. Newport is the county but is not available to select on the dropdown list.

I have tried selecting other Welsh counties from the list but I can not proceed. 

The message it gives me reads "Please verify your address before you continue."

Please help.

I understand you have some issues with selecting the county during the registration process. Select any of the counties but make sure all the other details are updated correctly. The county is not looked at when the cartridges are shipped from HP.
