Product: HP officejet pro 6968
I came back from vacation and my hp officejet printer 6968 show an error 0x6100004a. I’ve tried all recommended remedies and the carriage is still stuck on the right hand side. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @Bill7343
You can try to perform this troubleshooting steps to try to solve the problem, also according to the error message for carriage jam, can be a problem for any jam inside the printer, it might be a piece of paper stuck inside the printer.
Check for any paper jam at ink cartridges area or paper tray input
Hope solve your issue, if yes let me know it
I work on behalf of HP, regards.
